About this program

A self-paced 60-day plan for motivated students who work well independently.

Most students don't fall short for lack of materials — they have the books and the apps. What they're missing is a system: what to do first, what to skip, and how to practice so it sticks. Compass is that system, built for your student by a 30-year educator.

We start with a full diagnostic intake, then build a customized 60-day plan specific to your student's situation. You choose the track — ACT or Digital PSAT/SAT — and we stay with you through light-touch weekly check-ins across the 60 days.

Program Details

A full diagnostic intake — the same one we use for every full coaching student.
A customized 60-day Compass document built from your student's diagnostic results.
The Grove curriculum — Performance Framework Cards, Quick Reference Sheets, Study Protocols, and the Grove Method. (Delivered by email or office pickup until The Arbor launches.)
A 20-minute kickoff call to walk through the plan and set your student's calendar.
~5-minute weekly check-ins by text or email to keep your student on pace.
A 15-minute mid-point check around Day 30.
A 30-minute final check-in at the end — to look at how it went and decide what's next.

Is this the right fit?

Right for you if

✓Your student has solid baseline skills and needs direction, not regulation.
✓You want Grove's expertise, but weekly coaching isn't the right fit this cycle.

✗Your student freezes under pressure, struggles with executive function, or shuts down on tests.
✗You're looking for ongoing, hands-on performance development — that's our full coaching.
✗You're hoping the program will create motivation. Compass amplifies motivation that already exists.

Optional Proctored full-length timed practice test at the Grove office — $75 per student, available on limited dates through the year. Your student can also self-administer a practice test at home at no cost.

Enrollment policy: The $750 enrollment fee is nonrefundable once your student's customized Compass document has been built and delivered — typically within 3–5 business days of intake. If you decide Compass is not the right fit before the document is built, you receive a full refund. No payment is taken until enrollment is confirmed by Ashlee.
