BS Mechanical Engineering
Margie Zoladz’s first introduction to the world of teaching was as a student at Auburn University, teaching trumpet lessons and tutoring engineering students. After graduation, she supported the Space Shuttle program at NASA and was fortunate to present at Space Camp, bringing shuttle launches to life for hundreds of campers.
While raising her children, Margie began teaching religious education classes for kindergarteners and high schoolers. In 2009, she embarked on a new journey at Grissom High School, teaching AP Physics (both algebra and calculus-based), regular physics, several engineering classes, and an ACT math prep course. She has received multiple national awards from NMSI for her AP Physics classes. Through a grant from A+ College Ready, she completed four AP Summer Institutes and has presented all-day AP prep sessions for Huntsville City Schools.
Margie is excited for the opportunity to help students with all kinds of topics, including math, physics, engineering, and standardized test preparation. She is also thrilled to spend time doing anything and everything with her growing family.
